These terms and conditions govern your use of SeaQuest Academy's services, including diving courses, website usage, and all related activities. Please read carefully before enrolling in any programs.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our diving courses, using our website, or participating in any SeaQuest Academy activities, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Binding Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SeaQuest Academy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or participate in our programs.

Eligibility Requirements
To participate in diving courses and activities, you must meet certain eligibility criteria:

Completion of medical questionnaire and waivers
Course Enrollment & Participation
Enrollment in diving courses requires completion of registration procedures, payment of fees, and adherence to course requirements and schedules.
Registration Process
Complete enrollment forms, provide required documents, medical clearance, and pay course fees. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of all requirements.
Course Attendance
Mandatory attendance for all theoretical and practical sessions. Missed sessions must be rescheduled according to availability and may incur additional charges.
Course Completion
Successful completion requires passing all assessments, practical skills demonstrations, and meeting certification body standards for diving competency.
Certification Issuance
Certifications issued upon meeting all requirements. Processing time varies by certification body (PADI, SSI). Replacement certificates incur additional fees.
Safety Requirements & Protocols
Safety is our top priority. All participants must comply with established safety protocols and follow instructor guidance at all times during diving activities.
Medical Clearance
Valid medical certificate required for all diving activities. Certain medical conditions may disqualify participation. Regular health checks recommended for continued diving.
Equipment Safety
All diving equipment must be regularly serviced and safety-checked. Participants may use personal equipment only after instructor approval and safety verification.
Buddy System
Mandatory buddy system for all dives. Participants must stay with assigned dive buddy and follow established communication protocols throughout the dive.
Emergency Procedures
All participants must be familiar with emergency procedures. Immediate reporting of any incidents, injuries, or equipment malfunctions is mandatory.
Liability, Risks & Waiver
Diving activities involve inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to assume responsibility for their participation in all activities.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that diving activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

Decompression sickness and other diving-related medical conditions

Equipment malfunction or failure

Environmental hazards including marine life, currents, and weather

Boat and transportation-related risks
-
Risks associated with remote locations and emergency response limitations
Limitation of Liability
SeaQuest Academy's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law. We are not liable for:

Personal injury, property damage, or death arising from diving activities

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-
Acts of nature, weather conditions, or force majeure events

Third-party actions or services
-
Participant's failure to follow safety protocols or instructions
Insurance Requirements
All participants are strongly advised to maintain appropriate insurance coverage including:

Diving accident and medical insurance

Travel insurance for course locations

Personal liability insurance

Equipment insurance for personal gear
Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Course fees must be paid according to specified payment schedules. Refund policies vary by course type and timing of cancellation requests.
Payment Schedule
Full payment due at enrollment or installment plans available. All fees in Indian Rupees. Additional charges may apply for expedited services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing. Refund amount depends on timing: 30+ days (80%), 15-29 days (50%), less than 15 days (no refund).
Rescheduling
Course rescheduling allowed subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply. Weather-related changes do not incur additional charges.
Payment Methods
Cash, bank transfer, UPI, and credit cards accepted. Online payment processing fees may apply. Payment confirmation required for enrollment.
Website Usage & Intellectual Property
Use of our website is subject to these terms. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of SeaQuest Academy.
Permitted Use
Website may be used for lawful purposes only. Personal, non-commercial use permitted. Commercial use, copying, or redistribution requires written permission.
Prohibited Activities
Hacking, unauthorized access, data mining, spam, malware distribution, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and course materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
User Content
By submitting content, you grant us license to use, modify, and distribute it. You remain responsible for your submissions and their accuracy.
Termination & Governing Law
These terms remain in effect until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of terms or inappropriate conduct.

SeaQuest Academy may terminate or suspend services for:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through:

Severability & Amendments
If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining terms remain enforceable. We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to participants.

We may modify these terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. Participants will be notified of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.
